Police arrested a 15-year-old boy on November 29 on the charge of planting two IEDs at the Agriculture Development Office. Police arrested the boy based on the footage captured by CCTV on the evening of November 22.
According to police, a socket bomb and a bucket bomb were found at the gate of the Agriculture Development Office on November 23. The boy studying in class 8 was sent to buy buckets by two people who call said they were from Mugu. Police are looking for people who used the boy to buy buckets.
