Locals and police clashed at Sabaithawa border in Parsa on August 10 after the police assaulted a young man on August 10 morning who was filming a video of the armed police assisting in smuggling at the border a few days ago.
Local Jay Prakash Chaurasia has been injured during the clash.
The enraged locals also picketed the Border Out Post(BOP) of the Armed Police Force.
