A man was arrested in Tulsipur on the charge of raping a girl on September 10. The arrested is identified as 28-year-old Raman Oli of Matera in Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan Municipality-7. Oli was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim.
