Youth arrested on charge of raping a minor in Siraha

Police arrested Lakhichan Saday, an 18-year-old resident of Sakhuwanankarkatti Rural Municipality-3 on July 11 on the charge of raping a seven-year-old girl. The victim's mother said that she had lodged a complaint against the accused at the Area Police Office, Lahan.
