Police arrested 36-year-old Megh Bahadur Saru of Rampur municipality-10 in Palpa on February 26, on the charge of raping a 46-year-old woman. The victim's side lodged the complaint on February 26 alleging that the accused raped the victim on February 23. Police are further investigating the incident.
