जुडिबेला गाविस-१ की १७ वर्षीया एक किशोरीलाई ०६९ कात्तिक ११ गते साँझ सोही ठाउँका २६ वर्षीय निरन्जन दोङ्गले बलात्कार गर्ने प्रयास गरेको आरोपमा पीडितले ०६९ कात्तिक १२ गते इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय चन्द्रनिगाहपुरमा उजुरी दर्ता गराएकी छिन् ।

पीडित किशोरी सोही गाविस-१ फुलवारी टोलस्थित मामाघरबाट आफ्नो घरतर्फ आईरहेको अवस्थामा साँझ ७.३० बजे बाटोमा पर्ने जङ्गलमा लुकेर बसेका दोङ्गले जबरजस्ती मुख थुनेर जङ्गलभित्र लगी बलात्कार गर्ने प्रयास गरेको उनले बताइन् । आफूले चिच्याएपछि गाउँले जम्मा हुन थालेपछि पीडक भागेको पीडितले बताइन् ।

आरोपित दोङ्गलाई प्रहरीले कात्तिक ११ गते राति नै गिरफ्तार गरेको र पीडितको स्वास्थ्य जाँच गराउन अस्पताल पठाएको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय चन्द्रनिगाहपुरका प्रहरी इन्सपेक्टर सेख अदातलले बताए । पीडितको जाहेरी अनुसार दोङ्गलाई जबरजस्ति करणी उद्योग अन्तर्गत मुद्दा चलाइने समेत उनले बताए ।

A 17-year-old girl of Judibela1 has filed a case at the Area Police Office Chandranigahapur on October 28, accusing Niranjan Dong, 26, of same place of trying to rape her.

According to the victim, Dong forcefully took her to a jungle while she was returning home from her maternal home in Phulbari of ward no. 1 at around 7.30 pm on October 27. She said that he then tried to rape her after gagging her, adding that he escaped after villagers assembled responding to her shout for help.

Inspector Shekh Adatal of the APO said that the accused was arrested on October 27 and the victim was sent for a health check-up. He added that a case of attempted rape had been filed against Dong following the victim's complaint.
