A clash ensued in Panauti today over the death of a boy. Locals clashed with police when Manoj BK, 9, resident of Malpi in Panauti municipality-9, who had gone missing since Friday was found dead. During the clash constable, Padam Tamang was injured after being hit with a stone by the locals. According to DSP Nabinraj Rai of District Police Office Dhulikhel said that the situation has now come to normal and police are investigating into the death of the boy.
