Police on Saturday arrested Bibek Chaudhary, 22, from Mechinagar-2 municipality on the charge of murdering a rickshaw driver. According to the police, Chaudhary killed the rickshaw driver during a minor dispute at Chiya Bagan sadak by hitting him with stone on his head and later cutting his throat with a sharp weapon. The identity of the driver of the rickshaw bearing plate number 76 as registered in Duwagadhi VDC has not been established yet. Police are further investigating the incident.
