VDC secretary arrested for assaulting LDO

Police have arrested VDC secretary of Benauli VDC in Bara district on charge of assaulting Local Development Officer Narayan Prashad Pandey.
VDC secretary Ramnanda Rauniyar was arrested by the police from the office of the LDO for assaulting him. Rauniyar, who was transferred to another VDC was angry wit the LDO over the same cause. He reportedly gathered some locals and assaulted the LDO.
