One Person arrested on charges of attempted Rape in Salyan

Police on Monday arrested 63-year-old Tara Prasad Kabar of Tribeni in Salyan on the attempted rape charge. Kabar allegedly attempted to rape a 13-year-old girl. He was arrested after the girl’s family reported the incident.
