Federal Alliance, a group of political parties that has been protesting against the constitution, has centred its protest at the Prime Minister's residence in Baluwatar on Tuesday. The alliance had picketed Singha Durbar as part of its protest programs on Sunday and Monday. It is reported that the clashes took place between the security personnel and the Federal Alliance cadres while the former tried to prevent the latter from moving toward Baluwar.
