नेपाल सरकारले कार्णालीका पाँच वर्षमुनिका बालबालिकाहरूको लागि उपलब्ध गराउदै आएको पोषण भत्ता जिल्ला सदरमुकाम रहेको मान्म गाविसका बालबालिकाले हालसम्म पाएका छैनन् ।

प्रतिव्यक्ति २ सय रुपिँयाका दरले दिइने पोषण भत्ताको रकम यो वर्षआधा आएको भन्दै गाविसले वितरण नगर्दा बालबालिकाहरू सो भत्ताबाट वञ्चित भएका हुन् । ४ हजार ८ सया जनसंख्या रहेको मान्म गाविसका १२ सय ९० जना पाँच वर्षमुनिका बालबालिकाको लागि स्थानीय विकास मन्त्रालयबाट जिविस कालीकोटमार्फत ३० लाख ९६ हजार रुपियाँ रकम आउनुपर्नेमा १६ लाख ७ हजार २ सय ९८ रूपियाँ मात्र निकास आएकोले वितरण नगरिएको मान्म गाविस सचिव प्रेमबहादुर शाहीले बताए । उक्त रकम आर्थिक वर्ष ०६८/०६९ को असार मसान्त भित्र वितरण गरिसक्नुपर्ने थियो ।

जिल्लाका ३० गाविसमध्ये केहीमा आधा आएको रकम वितरण भए पनि सुकाटिया, दाहा, मान्म फुकोटलगायतका गाविसमा वितरण हुन सकेको छैन ।

Kalikot/November 9 Children of Manma VDC, the district headquarters are yet to get the nutrition allowance provided by the Nepal government to children below five years of Karnali zone.

The VDC has not provided the allowance saying that that only half of the allowance fund had arrived. The nutrition allowance of Rs 200 per month is given to each child.

There are 1290 children below five years in Manma VDC which has a population of 4,800.

Secretary of the VDC Prem Bahadur Shahi said that out of Rs 3,009,600 thousand rupees, the ministry for local development had only dispatched Rs 1,607,298 through the district development committee Kalikot. The amount should have been distributed by the end of the fiscal year 2011/2012.

Out of 30 VDCs in the district, some VDCs have distributed half of the nutrition allowance while Sukatiya, Daha, Manma, Phukot and other VDCs have not distributed any amount.
