A 65-year-old man was arrested on May 24 in accusation of raping a 4-year-old girl. The accused was presented before the District Court on May 25. The rape accused elderly man was arrested on the basis of a complaint filed by the victim's mother at District Police Office on May 24 stating that, the elderly man who also adopted the victim as daughter repeatedly raped her by enticing her with chocolates. Police informed that the accused will be tried under the Rape Act. The girl's medical examination was done at Dhading District hospital on May 25.
