Body of two newborns has been found inside a plastic bag in Biratnagar-12, on Monday afternoon. Locals had informed police after they saw the bodies on the side of the road leading to Ghogapul from Green Cross Hospital in Biratnagar-12. According to DSP Yogindra Thapa, two bodies were found inside a black plastic bag on the side of the road. The infants are suspected to be twins. Police suspect that the infants were born out of the illegitimate relationship. The investigation regarding the incident is underway. The bodies have been sent to Koshi Zonal Hospital in Biratnagar for postmortem examination
