Forest guard shot at Kapilvastu

A forest guard was injured by a bullet fired by suspected poachers at a forest in the Brikuti Municipality of Kapilvastu district on Wednesday. Police said the forest guard, Jagannath Tharu, suffered a bullet injury in his head in the incident. He was taken to Bhairahawa for treatment.
