सप्तरी । फागुन १४ गते अपहेलना गरी पत्निलाई घर निकाला गर्ने बरमझिया गाविस-३ का २८ वर्षीय जख्तर हुसेनलाई प्रहरीले ०६९ फागुन १४ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । जख्तरले ०६९ असोज २९ गते घरबाट निकाला गरेपछि गाउँमै मागेर जीवनयापन गरिरहेकी पीडितले रोशनले ०६९ मंसिर १ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा पतिबिरुद्ध उजुरी गरी अदालतमा अंश मुद्दा दायर गरेकी थिइन् । जख्तरले अदालतमा दिएको निषेधाज्ञा रिट ०६९ फागुन १३ गते खारेज भएपछि जख्तरलाई गिरफ्तार गरेर कारबाही प्रकृया अगाडि बढाइएको एसपी सञ्जयसिंह बस्नेतले बताए । देवर अख्तर भाटले जबरजस्ती यौनजन्य व्यवहार गर्ने प्रयास गरेको विरोध गरेपछि पति जख्तरसहित घरका सदस्यहरूले खान लाउनसमेत नदिइ घरबाट निकालेको भन्दै रोशनले पति जख्तरसहित घरपरिवारका सदस्यहरूका विरुद्ध प्रहरीमा निवेदन दिएकी थिइन् । गाउँमा पतिबाट शारीरिक आक्रमण हुने भयले जीउज्यानको सुरक्षा माग्दै ०६९ मंसिर १८ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दिएपछि रोशनलाई महिला तथा बालबालिका कार्यालयको सेफ हाउसमा राखिएको थियो । Saptari/February 25

Police have arrested Jakhtar Hussein, 28, of Barmajhiya3 on February 25 for expelling wife from home.

 

Wife of Jakhtar, Roshan had filed a case against her husband at the District Police Office (DPO) on November 16, 2012 demanding property share after she was expelled from home on October 15, 2012.

SP Sanjay Singh Basnet of the DPO said that Jakhtar was arrested on February 24 after the prohibitory writ filed by him at the court was annulled on February 24.

 

The victim had filed a complaint saying that her husband and his family expelled her form home when she protested against the sexual abuse by her brother-in-law Akhtar Bhat.

 

She was kept in the safe house of the Women and Children Office after she demanded security at the police office on December 3 fearing attack from her husband.
