Police held four people on the charge of inflicting damages on the Ncell telephone tower at Deupur of Gairibisauna of Kavrepalanchowk. Raman Pariyar, 27, of Panchkhal Municipality- 6, Lal Bahadur BK, 37, of Panchkhal Municipality-3, Shyam Shrestha, 43, of Panauti Municipality-11 and Chamar Singh Tamang of Nayagaum Deupur-3 were arrested, the District Police Office, Kavrepalanchowk said. They are associated with the CPN Maoist- led by Netra Bikram Chand and are being investigated for the alleged charge.
