Eight boys have been rescued on March 2 from Raxaul of India while they were being trafficked to Mumbai for child labour.
Seven from Rautahat and one from Bara district, from 13 to 15 years in age were rescued from Raxaul train station.
According to rescue workers, over 100 children are sent to Mumbai through a train that leaves every Saturday.
Sandeep Thakuri, programme coordinator at Development Nepal said that the children from 13-15 years were being trafficked to India.
The child were handed over to their parents on March 3, according to the District Police Office Parsa.
