Accused on infant murder arrested

Police have arrested Maiya Tamang,40 of Dovane-2, Thumling on June 29 on the charge of strangling her newly born baby to death. According to the police, a newly born baby was murdered on June 23.
The incident was revealed after a 12-years-old son of accused informed villagers after he found a dead body of infant near a pile of grasses on June 25.
The post-mortem of a body was conducted at District Hospital of Bhojpur according to Inspector Pancha Lal Gole. The legal process will be initiated after the investigation of the incident according to him.
