Police said they have arrested a person on charge of setting a parked car on fire in Nakhudol of Karyabinayak Municipality-2 in Lalitpur district, on Sunday. The suspect has been identified as Rajesh Raut aka Random (31) of Nakhudol, in Karyabinayak Municipality. Earlier, Raut had set the parked car (Ba 10 Cha 1463) of Dr. Pawan Kumar Lal Was on fire yesterday night. Police said they are looking into the case.
