School bus torched in Kathmandu

A group of unidentified people set fire to a bus belonging to the Ideal Model School, Dhobighat at Dallu in KMC-15 on Thursday.
According to the Metropolitan Police Circle, Swoyambhu, the bus (Ba 2 Ka 469) was completely destroyed in the arson.
Police said that there were 30 students on board the bus when the incident occurred.
No one was injured in the incident.
Police said that the unidentified persons sprinkled petrol on the bus and torched it at around 6:30 am today.
The fire was doused with the help of locals and police personnel.
Police said that they are yet to identify the persons involved in the brazen attack.
