Three youth were arrested on charge of taking a teenage girl hostage, from Koteshwor Mahadevsthan of Kathmandu, on Saturday. Aashish Ojha (26) from Chabahil of Kathmandu, Sharmila Rawat (20) from Harisiddhi of Lalitpur and Rishi Ranjan (26) from Koteshwor of Kathmandu were arrested from Ranjan’s house yesterday. The trio are accused of holding the 19-year-old girl from Kawasoti of Nawalparasi, currently residing in Dallu, KMC-15 at the Koteshwor-based house. Acting on a tip-off, a team deployed from the Metropolitan Police Sector, Koteshwor had arrested them. Meanwhile, police also freed the alleged victim yesterday itself. Further investigation is underway. नवलपरासी कावासोती नगरपालिका–१५ घर भई हाल काठमाडौं महानगरपालिका–१५ डल्लु बस्ने १९ वर्षीया रोशनी पौडेललाई बन्धक बनाई राख्ने तीन जनालाई प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ । पक्राउ पर्नेमा चाबहिल बस्ने २६ वर्षीय आशिष ओझा, ललितपुर हरिसिद्धि बस्ने २० वर्षीया शर्मिला रावत र कोटेश्वर महादेवस्थान बस्ने २६ वर्षीय ऋषि रञ्जन छन् । उनीहरुले पौडेललाई शनिबार राति ऋषि रञ्जनको घरमा बन्धक बनाई राखेको खबर प्राप्त भएपछि प्रहरी प्रभाग कोटेश्वरबाट खटिएको प्रहरी टोलीले खोजतलास सुरु गरेको थियो। खोजी गर्ने क्रममा कोठाको झ्यालबाट हाम फाली घर पछाडी लुकीरहेको अवस्थामा पीडित महिला फेला परेकी थिईन्। यस सम्बन्धमा प्रहरीले आवश्यक अनुसन्धान गरिरहेका जनाएको छ।
