Police have rescued two women from Gaddachauki border point in Kanchanpur district. Security personnel assisted by Maiti Nepal, rescued the two women from Sindhupalchok and Sarlahi district on Saturday when they were about to cross the border. The victim said they were on their way to Israel via India. They did not have passports or other necessary documents with them, said Maiti Nepal district coordinator Maheshwori Bhatta. It is learnt that human traffickers has assured them that they would get their passports after reaching New Delhi. The women were handed over to their relatives on Sunday.
