पर्वत । चैत ६ गते

विद्यालयबाट फर्कदै गरेको अवस्थामा पर्वतकी एक छात्रामाथि ०६९ चैत ४ गते बीच बाटोमै बलात्कार प्रयास भएको छ ।

 

त्रिभुवन उच्चमाबिबाट घर फर्कदै गरेकी १४ वर्षीया छात्रालाई ०६९ चैत ४ गते एक्लै आएकोदेखि पछ्याउँदै आएका शंकरपोखरी गाविस-८ का २० वर्षीय शिव सुनार र २४ वर्षीय कमल विकले सामुहिक बलात्कारको प्रयास गरेको आरोपमा उनीहरूलाई गाउँलेले नियन्त्रणमा लिएर कार्किनेटा प्रहरी चौकीमा बुझाएका छन् ।

 

विद्यालयबाट घर फर्कने क्रममा शंकरपोखरी गाविसको चाउकाको सालघारी जंगलमा बिक र सुनारले बलात्कार प्रयास गरेका थिए । बलात्कार प्रयासका लागि रुमालले पीडितको मुख बन्द गरी लुगा च्याति बलात्कार प्रयास गर्दैगर्दा उनले गरेको प्रतिकार र विद्यालयबाट घर फर्कदै गरेका विद्यार्थी आएको थाहा पाएपछि आरोपीले घटनाबारे अरुलाई भनेमा मारी दिने धम्की दिँदै भागेका थिए ।

 

पीडितले घटनाबारे घरपरिवारलाई भनेपछि स्थानीय गाँउलेको सहयोगमा आरोपितलाई नियन्त्रणमा लिई विद्यालयमा पुर्‌याई प्रहरीलाई खबर गरी प्रहरीलाई जिम्मा लगाएका थिए ।

 

आरोपित दुवै जना शंकरपोखरी गाविस-८ विष्टपानीमा घर बनाउने काम गरिरहेका थिए । बिक र सुनारलाई कार्कीनेटा प्रहरी चौकीले फागुन ५ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयलाई अनुसन्धानको लागि जिम्मा लगाएको छ । नियन्त्रणमा लिएर अनुसन्धान भइरहेको प्रहरी नायब उपरीक्षक श्यामकृष्ण अधिकारीले बताए ।

A 14-year-old girl student has been rape attempted while coming back from the school on March 18.

Shiva Sunar, 20, and Kamal BK, 24, of of Shankar Pokhari VDC-8 were apprehended by locals on charge of attempting to rape the girl while she was returning home from Tribhuwan Higher Secondary School. The locals had handed over to the Karkineta Police Post.

She was rape attempted near the Jungle of Shankar Pokhari VDC. The accused had tried to flee the scene after seeing other students coming to the incident site.They were taken under control and handed over to the police by the locals after she informed about the incident to the family.

Both accused are working in the construction of a house in Bistapani of Shankar Pokhari VDC.

The accused were handed over to the District Police office by the Karkineta Police post on March 18 for further investigation. The incident is under investigation, according to Sub-inspector Shyam Krishna Adhikari.
