सप्तरी । चैत १३ गते

आफ्नै १७ वर्षीया छोरीलाई बलात्कार गरी गर्भ बोकाई गर्भपतन गराएको आरोपमा सप्तरी जिल्लाका एक ३७ वर्षीय युवकलाई ०६९ चैत १३ गते जिल्ला अदालतले पुर्पक्षको लागि थुनामा राख्ने आदेश गरेको छ ।

जिल्ला न्यायाधीश रितेन्द्र थापाको एकल इजलाशले अदालती बन्दोबस्तको महल ११८ नम्बरको देहाय २ बमोजिम पुर्पक्षका लागि कारागामा थुनामा राख्ने आदेश गरेको हो ।

आरोपित युवकले राजविराज नपा-३ स्थित ४० वर्षीया नर्स सुनिता यादवको निजी क्लिनिकमा ०६९ फागुन १४ गते राति ८ः३० बजे गर्भपतन गराउन खोज्दा जिउँदो शिशु जन्मी फागुन १५ गते बिहान ९ः१५ बजे मृत्यु भएको थियो ।

स्त्री शिशुका साथ राजविराजस्थित सगरमाथा अञ्चल अस्पतालमा अलपत्र अवस्थामा फेला परेकी पीडित किशोरीले आफूले बुवाको गर्भ बोकेको बताएपछि आरोपितलाई प्रहरीले ०६९ फागुन १५ गते घरनजिकै बाटोबाट गिरफ्तार गरेको थियो ।

Saptari/March 26 The District Court has ordered to keep a 37-year-old man in custody for investigation on March 26 on charge of aborting the child of his daughter.

Judge Ritendra Thapa issued the order to remand his in custody. The man had taken his daughter to a private clinic of nurse Sunita Yadav in RajbirajN.P.3 on February 25 to abort the child conceived following rape of his daughter by him. However, the abortion failed and the child was born at around 8.30 pm but died later the next morning.

Police had found the girl stranded in Sagarmatha zonal hospital in Rajbiraj with the child.

The accused was arrested on February 26 after the victim told the police that she had conceived child of her father. She said that her father raped her repeatedly though she and her mother protested.
