The district court has remanded a person in custody on December 19 on charge of killing a 4-year-old Ajambar Rai of Timma4.

Purna Bahadur Gurung, a local shaman, had beaten up the boy saying that he would cure his 'disease' on November 21. Speech impaired and physical disabled, the boy later succumbed to his injuries.

District attorney Gokul Niraula said that the court had sent him to district prison for investigation. A murder charge has been filed against Gurung by the district government attorney.
