रोल्पा । चैत १४ गते

 

थवाङ गाविस-२ बस्ने ४८ वर्षीया सुनै पुनले आफ्ना पति ५२ वर्षीय हितबहादुर पुनले बहुविवाह गरेको भनी न्याय पाउन भनी जिल्ला अदालत रोल्पामा ०६९ चैत १४ गते उजुरी दिएकी छन् ।

 

आफू छदाछँदै आफ्ना पतिले विगत ०६९ वैशाख १३ गते सोही स्थानकी ४८ वर्षीया चिजा पुनलाई दोस्रो पत्नीको रुपमा विवाह गरेको खुल्न आएको र सो कुरा आफूले ०६९ फागुन ४ गते मात्र थाहा पाएको भन्दै न्यायका लागि अदालतमा उजुरी दिएकी हुन् ।

 

उजुरीका आधारमा प्रहरीले ०६९ फागुन १८ गते हितबहादुर पुन र चिजा पुनलाई पक्राउ गरी अनुसन्धान गरिरहेको छ । चैत १४ जिल्ला अदालतमा बहुविवाहको उजुरी दर्ता गराएपछि प्रमाण र बयानका आधारमा फैसला हुने अदालतले जनाएको छ । हितबहादुरले यसअघि चिजासहित तीन ओटा पत्नी विवाह गरेको आफन्तले बताएका छन् । जेठी पत्नीबाट छोरी भएको र माइलीबाट छोराछोरी नभएको बताइएको छ ।

Sunai Pun, 48, of Thabang2has filed a case of polygamy against her husband Hit Bahadur Pun, 52, in the district court Rolpa on March 27.

 

Saying that her husband had married Cheesa Pun, 48, of same place on April 25, 2012 and that she came to know about it only on last month, the victim filed the case for justice.

 

Police arrested Hit Bahadur and Cheesa on March 1 following the complaint. The court has said that decision would be issued based on the evidence and the statements of both sides.
