Police has arrested Badal Karki, 29, resident of Damak Municipality-14, Krish Tamang, 30, resident of Topagachhi-5 and Sujan Limbu 27, of Urlabari-2 in Morang on the charge of manhandling policemen. According to the police, the arrested men resorted to attack on security personnel at Holiday hotel in Damak municipality-11 during a cultural program organized to mark Dashain. They were reportedly drunk at the time of the incident and were fighting among themselves. When police tried to intervene, they attacked the policemen. The policemen who sustained injury during the incident are undergoing treatment at Amda hospital. Police is further investigating into the incident. प्रहरी टोली माथि हातपात गर्ने दमक नगरपालिका–१४ बस्ने २९ बर्षीय बादल कार्की, तोपगाछी–५ बस्ने ३० बर्षीय कृष तामाङ र मोरङ उर्लाबारी–२ बस्ने २७ बर्षीय सुजन लिम्बुलाई प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ । दमक नगरपालिका–११ स्थित होलिडे होटलमा भएको दशैको सास्कृतिक कार्यक्रममा डिउटीमा खटिई गएका प्रहरी कर्मचारीहरु कार्यक्रम समाप्त भएपछि कार्यालयमा फर्किने क्रममा मादक पदार्थ सेवन गरी साथी साथी बीच झगडा गरी रहेको उनीहरुलाई प्रहरीले सम्झाउने क्रममा उनीहरुले प्रहरी माथि नै हातपात गरेका थिए । घाइते प्रहरी कर्मचारीहरुलाई उपचारको लागि आम्दा अस्पतालमा लगिएको छ । यस सम्बन्धमा प्रहरीले आवश्यक अनुसन्धान गरिरहेको छ ।
