चितवन । चैत १४ गते

 

नवलपरासी कोठथर गाविस-३ घर भई हाल भरतपुर नपा-१३ आनन्दचोक बस्ने ३४ वर्षीया फुलमाया विकको हत्याका आरोपित पति ३६ वर्षीय मोहनबहादुर विकलाई ०६९ चैत १४ गते चितवन जिल्ला अदालतले पूर्पक्षका लागि थुनामा पठाउने आदेश दिएको छ ।

 

जिल्ला न्यायाधीश भोलानाथ चौलागाईको एकल इजलासले सो आदेश दिएको चितवन जिल्ला अदालतका श्रेस्तेदार दिनबन्धु बरालले बताए । फुलमायालाई ०६९ फागुन २० गते पति मोहनबहादुरले आफ्नै घरमा लाठीले टाउकोमा हानी हत्या गरेको आरोप छ । उनलाई घटना भएकै दिन प्रहरीले नवलपरासी गैडाकोटको काङ्ग्रेसचोक नजिकबाट गिरफ्तार गरेको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका सई सुरेन्द्र धमलाले बताए ।

The District Court Chitwan has ordered to remand Mohan Bahadur BK, 36, in custody on March 27 on charge of killing his wife Phul Maya BK, 34, of Anandchok in BharatpurN.P.13.

 

Shrestedar Dinbandhu Baral of the district court informed that a single bench of judge Bholanath Chaulagain issued the verdict to this effect.

 

Mohan has been accused of killing his wife by hitting in her head with lathi on March 3.

 

SI Surendra Dhamal of the District Police Office said that police had arrested him from Congress chok in Gaidakot of Nawalparasi.
