A 29-year-old differently able Durga Devi Rokaya, of Tripurakot VDC-4 has lodged a complaint at police against Ranjit Buda, 35 and Bali Ram Buda, 29 of the same place on charge of doing inhumane behavior. She further demanded an action against them. The application states that she was insulted in front of villagers on October 14 based on her physical disability. The victim had lodged a complaint at Tripurakot police post on October 15 demanding an action against them. Police incharge Rom Harsha Sijwal said that the accused are at large.
