Locals protest for clean water

Locals of Gadhimai-8, Bara staged a demonstration against the act of polluting the Shrisiya river by three local industries. Rajesh Metal Pvt ltd, KB Sam Aluminium Pvt ltd, and Shivashakti Ghee industries are reported to dispose of their industrial wastes in Shrisiya river, polluting the river. Hundreds of locals took part in the demonstration against the industries.
