The victim’s party have accused police of denying to resister the complaint regarding the murder of Dev Kisan Mandal,50 of Sunsari Chitaha-9. However, inspector Shiva Kumar Pokhrel of Area Police Office , Duhabi said that the case is under investigation. He added that the suspicious person have been arrested and complaint can be lodged only after getting the postmortem report. The victim’s family members had organized a press meet on October 18 and complained Area Police Office of denying registering the case. The victim’s party have claimed that Nati Lal Majhi of the same place had offered the victim to have food together and was murdered after consuming alcohol together. Police have arrested a shop operator duo Siya Ram Chaudhary and his wife however Nati Lal is absconding. सुनसरी छिटाहा-९ का ५० वर्षीय देवकिसन मण्डलको हत्या भएको भन्दै जाहेरी दिन जाँदा प्रहरीले दर्ता गर्न नमानेको मृतकका आफन्तले आरोप लगाएका छन् । इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय दुहबीका इन्सपेक्टर शिवकुमार पोखरेलले भने घटनाको अनुसन्धान भइरहेको, शङ्कास्पद व्यक्तिसमेत गिरफ्तार गरिएको र मृतकको पोष्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट आएपछि मात्र जाहेरी दर्ता गर्ने बताए । मृतकका आफन्तले कात्तिक २ गते विराटनगरमा पत्रकार सम्मेलन गर्दै गत असोज १५ गते घटस्थापनाको दिन मृत भेटिएका मण्डलको टाउकोमा चोट लागेको भएपनि इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय दुहवी सुनसरीले जाहेरी दर्ता नगरेको आरोप लगाएका हुन् । मृतकका साला चन्द्रकिशोर मण्डलले असोज ३० गते प्रहरीकोमा जाँदा अहिले दर्ता गर्न मिल्दैन भन्दै दर्ता गर्न नमानेको आरोप लगाए । घरमै बसिरहेको बेला सोही ठाउँका नटीलाल माझीले खाजा खान जाउँ भनेर लगेको र सँगै बसेर मदिरा सेवन गरेपछि उनको हत्या भएको पीडित पक्षले आरोप लगाएको छ । प्रहरीले पसल सञ्चालक सियाराम चौधरी र उनकी पत्नीलाई गिरफ्तार गरेको भएपनि नटीलाल भने फरार रहेको प्रहरीले बताएको छ ।
