22-year-old Yam Kumar B.K., a resident of Bajhechyandanda-2 has been arrested in accusation of beating 43-year-old Laxmi Bishwakarma and causing death of the 5-month-old fetus she was carrying in her womb. The victim was injured while trying to separate fight between Yam Kumar Bishwakarma and her husband, 43-year-old Sante Bishwakarma on October 10. According to the victim, she had miscarriage on October 12 because of the beating on that day. The perpetrator was arrested on October 18 based on complaint filed by the victim's party on October 14. Inspector Saroj Rai informed that case has been filed against the perpetrator under attempted murder of a fetus. बाझेच्यानडाँडा–२ की ४३ वर्षीया लक्ष्मी विश्वकर्मालाई कुटपिट गरी पाँच महिनाको भ्रुण हत्या गरेको आरोपमा सोही ठाउँका २२ वर्षीय यामकुमार विकलाई प्रहरीले गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । यामकुमार विश्वकर्मा र पीडित महिलाका ४३ वर्षीय पति सन्ते विश्वकर्माबिच असोज २४ गते भएको झगडालाई छुट्याउने क्रममा यामकुमारको प्रहारबाट घाइते भएको पीडित महिलाले आरोप लगाइन् । पीडित महिलाका अनुसार कुटपिटका कारण असोज २६ गते गर्भ पतन भएको हो । पीडित पक्षले जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा असोज २८ गते दिएको उजुरीका आधारमा आरोपितलाई प्रहरीले कात्तिक २ गते गिरफ्तार गरी कर्तव्य ज्यान अन्तर्गत भ्रूण हत्यासम्बन्धी मुद्दा चलाइएको इन्स्पेक्टर सरोज राईले बताए । पीडित महिलाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण कात्तिक ३ गते जिल्ला अस्पताल दिक्तेलमा गरिएको पनि इन्स्पेक्टर राइले बताए ।
