कुरेली गाविसमा एक युवा अज्ञात समूहको गोली प्रहारबाट घाइते भएका छन् ।

राति करिब ११ बजे ५/६ जनाको समूहमा आएको अज्ञात समूहले कुरेली गाविस-५ का २१ वर्षीय अशोक रोकामाथि गोली प्रहार गरेको हो । रोका गाउँ टोल सुरक्षा समितिमा रहेकाले रातिको समयमा बाहिर निस्केको बेला उनीमथि गोली प्रहार भएको प्रहरी निरीक्षक रुपेश खड्काले बताए ।

रोकाको हातको माँझी औलामा गोली लागेको छ । उनको उपचारका लागि जिल्ला अस्पताल रोल्पामा ल्याइएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय रोल्पाले जनाएको छ । रोल्पामा पछिल्लो समयमा अवैध हतियार प्रशासन तथा प्रहरीमा बुझाउनुपर्ने सूचना जारी गरेपछि अझै पनि गाउँमा हतियार प्रयोग भइरहेको छ । गोली प्रहरी गर्नेको खोजी कार्य भइरहेको बताइएको छ ।

A youth has been injured in firing in Kureli VDC by an unidentified group. A group of around six people opened fire at Ashok Rokka, 21, of Kureli VDC at around 11 pm on March 27. Rokka, who was in village security committee, was shot while he was in patrol, said Inspector Rupesh Khadka.

Rokka sustained injury to his finger. He has been brought to District hospital, Rolpa for the treatment, according to the police.

Small arms are still being used in the district in spite of the notice to hand over the weapons to administration or police office. The accused are still unidentified and the search for them is underway, police said.
