चितवन । चैत २० गते एक २० वर्षीया महिलालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा खैरहनी गाविस-४ का २४ वर्षीय मनिष श्रेष्ठ विरुद्ध ०६९ चैत २० गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा जाहेरी दर्ता भएको छ । आरोपित श्रेष्ठले ०६९ चैत १० गते बछौली गाविस-२ सौराह बजारको एक होटलमा बलात्कार गरेको पीडित महिलाले बताइन् । मनिषले आफूलाई झुक्याएर होटलमा लगी जबरजस्तीकरणी गरेको भनी पीडित महिलाले दोषीलाई कानुनी कारबाहीको माग गर्दै चैत १९ गते प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिएकी थिइन् । आरोपितलाई उजुरी परेकै दिन गिरफ्तार गरी अनुसन्धान अगाडि बढाइएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका सई सुरेन्द्र धमलाले बताए ।

Chitwan/April 2 A rape case has been registered against Manish Shrestha, 24, of Khairahani4 on April 2 at the District Police Office (DPO) on charge of raping a 20-year-old woman.

According to the victim, Shrestha had raped her at a hotel in Saurah bazaar of Bachauli2 on March 23. She had stated that Shrestha took her to the hotel by misleading her.

The victim filed a complaint at the police office demanding action against Shrestha on April 1.

SI Surendra Dhamal of the DPO said that the accused was arrested and investigation had begun into the incident.
