Police arrests 21 cadres of Biplov Maoists

Police have arrested 21 cadres of the Biplav Maoist party from Butwal while they were enforcing roadblock in Butwal for an hour on Thursday. They were staging the roadblock to make the nationwide bandh announced by the party for November 13 successful. District secretary of the party Sharad Oli is also among the arrested.
