एक ११ वर्षीया बालिकालाई लामिडाँडा गाविस घर भई हाल झयाँकु गाविस- ७ मा बसी जजमान गर्ने ५३ वर्षीय पुण्यप्रसाद ढुङ्गेलले ०६९ चैत १७ गते पीडितकै घरमा बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा स्थानीयले आरोपितलाई समातेर प्रहरीलाई बुझाएका छन् ।

 

बालिका बेलुकी आफ्नै बारीमा साग टिप्न गएको समयमा आरोपितले घरमा बोलाई चैत १७ गते फकाई बलात्कार गरेको पीडित परिवारले बताए । इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय, सिँगटीले आरोपितलाई आज जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय, चरिकोटमा बुझायो भने पीडित परिवारले जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा कानुनी कारबाहीको लागि आजै उजुरी दिए भने पीडित बालिकाको प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र, चरिकोटमा स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण पनि भयो ।

Locals have handed over Punya Prasad Dhungel, 53, of Jyaku7 to police on charge of raping an 11-year-old girl at her home.

 

According to the victim's family, Dhungel had raped her after luring her.

 

Area Police Office Singhati handed over the accused to the District Police Office on April 1. The victim's family has also filed a complaint against the accused at the DPO today.

 

Medical check-up of the victim was conducted in the Primary Health Centre, Charikot.
