Banda enforcers led by cadres of Biplov maoist party torched a truck in Attariya-Dhangadhi road section early in the morning today. The truck bearing plate no. Se 1 Kha 437 which was carrying cement from Dang to Dhangadhi was torched by the cadres of the party. As quoted to the police by the locals, 2 people riding a blue motorcycle with plate number 9012 torched the truck by sprinkling petrol.
