The District Court of Makawanpur has ordered to extend the remand of a woman and man who are accused of murdering their father-in-law over a property related feud. A bench of District Court Judge Krishnaram Koirala ordered the remand of the accused two in connection with the murder Hari Prashad Neupane, 73, of Hetauda sub-metropolitan city-4. Septagenerian Neupane was brought to hospital on October 1 where he died during treatment. Hari Prashad's daughter-in-law Tulasa Neupane and son-in-law Yubraj Pande had brought him to hospital stating that he became sick all of sudden. The deceased Neupane had marks of injury on his chest, hands, and other parts of body. Police have stated that they killed Neupane for not selling his village property and giving them money. Tulasa neupane has given testimony in police that Pande had beaten her father-in-law Neupane to death whereas Pande has stated that Tulasa was the culprit. हेटौंडा सम्पत्ती नदिएको भन्दै व्रिद्ध ससुराको हत्या गरेको आरोपमा जिल्ला अदालत मकवानपुरले बुहारी र ज्वाँईलाई पुर्पक्षका लागि थुनामा राखने आदेश जारी गरेको छ । जिल्ला न्यायधिस कृष्णराम कोइरालाको शुक्रबार बसेको इजलासले हेटौडा उपमहानगरपालिका ४ कर्राका ७३ वर्षिय हरीप्रशाद न्यौपानेको हत्या गरेको आरोपमा बुहारी तुलसा न्यौपानेको हत्या गरेको आरोपमा बुहारी तुलसा न्यौपाने र ज्वाँई युवराज पाण्डेलाई थुनामा राखने आदेश दिएको हो । व्रिद्ध न्यौपानेको असोज १५ गते अस्पातलमा उपचारको क्रममा मृत्‍यु भएको थियो । आफ्नो घरमा एक्लै सुतेका न्यौपाने एक्कासी विरामी भएको भन्दै बुहारी तुलसा न्यौपाने र ज्वाँई युवराज पाण्डेले उपचारका निम्ती अस्पातल पुर्याएका थिए । व्रिद्धको छातीमा, हातको पाखुरा र शरीरका विभिन्न भागमा चोटपटक थियो । व्रिद्धको कुट्पिट गरेर हत्या गरेको आसंकामा प्रहरिले बुहारी न्यौपाने र ज्वाँई पाण्डेलाई पक्राउ गरेको थियो ।
