मोरङ । चैत २१ गते

एक १५ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा कसेनी गाविस-३ का ७० वर्षीय अम्बरबहादुर भुजेलविरुद्ध जिल्ला अदालत मोरङले ०६९ चैत २० गते ६ वर्षको सजाय फैसला भएको छ । कानुन व्यवसायी कविता बस्नेतका अनुसार, जिल्ला अदालतका न्यायाधीश इन्द्रबहादुर कार्कीको एकल इजलासले उनलाई ६ वर्षकैद र ५० हजार रुपियाँ धरौटी राख्ने फैसला गरेको हो । अम्बरबहादुर ०६९ चैत २० गतेदेखि नै कारागार शाखा मोरङमा थुनामा राखिएका छन् । उनी ०६८ माघदेखि सोही कारागारमा पुर्पक्षका लागि थुनामा राखिएका थिए । घटना ०६८ माघमा भएको थियो । पीडितले ०६९ कात्तिक २८ गते छोरा जन्माएकी थिइन् । उनलाई माइती नेपालले घटना भएदेखि नै आवासगृहमा राखेर पालनपोषण र कानुनी उपचार गर्दै आएको थियो ।

The District Court Morang has sentenced Amber Bahadur Bhujel, 70, of Kaseni3 to six years in prison on April 2 for raping a 15-year-old girl. According to the legal practitioner Kabita Basnet, the sentence of 6 years in prison and 50,000 rupees fine was ordered by the single bench of District judge Indra Bahadur Karki.

 

Bhujel was taken into custody since March 20. He was remanded in custody in the same prison since 2012.

 

The victim had given birth to a baby on November 14, 2012. She was given shelter and provided legal support by Maiti Nepal after the incident occurred.
