एक जना आठ वर्षीय बालकलाई ०६९ चैत २० गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा विराटनगर उमनपा-१६ का १८ वर्षीय विकेश मण्डलविरुद्ध पीडित पक्षले जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा ०६९ चैत २१ गते उजुरी दिएको छ । आरोपित फरार छन् ।

 

पीडितलाई चारचाउ किन्न पैसा दिएर घरैमा बोलाइ आरोपितले बलात्कार गरेको उजुरीमा पीडितले उल्लेख गरेको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय महिला तथा बालबालिका सेवा केन्द्रले जनाएको छ । सो कार्यालयका प्रमुख सुमा कार्कीका अनुसार, घटनापछि पीडितलाई ज्वरो आएको र उपचार गराउने क्रममा बलात्कार भएको रहस्य खुलेको उजुरीमा भनिएको छ । पीडितको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण चैत २१ गते कोसी अञ्चल अस्पतालमा गरिएको थियो ।

A complaint against Bikesh Mandal, 18, of Biratnagar sub metropolis-16 has been registered by the family of an 8-year-old child on April 3 at the District Police Office on charge of raping him on April 2.

 

The accused is at large.

 

The victim was called by the accused in his house with the lure of money to buy noodles and raped, according to the Women and Children Service Centre under the District Police Office.

 

Suma Karki, Chief of the WCSC said that the victim suffered from fever after the incident and medical check-up revealed that he was raped. The victim underwent medical treatment at Koshi Zone Hospital on April 3.
