A team of the District Police Office (DPO), Women and Children Office and District Child Welfare Committee, on April 4, has rescued Sabita Sunar, 13, of Khoradi in Dhorphirdi6 from a hotel where she was working as a help.
The team led by Inspector Dhadhiram Neupane rescued the girl from the Sabin Momo Restaurant in Tharpu bazaar of Chhang3. The girl was working as a help in the hotel since two months.
The girl was rescued following information provided by Krishna KC, member of Human Rights Defender's Network Tanahu.
Bishnu Karki of the Women and Children Service Centre of the DPO said that the girl was handed over to the service center for victims of domestic violence.
