A complaint against Suntali Kulal,35 and Junga Bahadur Kulal,40 of Tripurakot VDC-3 has been lodged at police office on charge of alleging Sarita Kulal, 32 of the same place of being witch. The complaint was lodged by the victim’s family on December 1 at police post of Tripurakot. The victim complained that she was inhumanely behaved by the accused alleging her of being witch after their son Min Bahadur Kulal became ill. The victim demanded for the action against the accused. The police had arrested both the accused on December 1 and released on condition to present at police office on December 2 according to police in charge Rom Harsha Sijwal of Tripurakot. Police post of Tripurakot said that both the accused were released on December 2 after the agreement between the accused and victim. The accused said that they will not repeat the incident again in future. त्रिपुराकोट गाविस-३ की ३२ वर्षीया सरिता कुलाललाई सोही ठाउँकी ३५ वर्षीया सुन्तली कुलाल र ४० वर्षीय जङ्गबहादुर कुलालले मङ्सिर १६ गते कथित बोक्सीको आरोपमा अमानवीय व्यवहार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित पक्षले मङ्सिर १६ गते प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिएको छ । कथित बोक्सी लगाएपछि छोरा मिनबहादुर कुलाल बिरामी भएको आरोपमा आरोपितद्वयले ‘बोक्सी’ भन्दै अमानवीय व्यवहार गरेको पीडितले बताइन् । पीडितले घटनामा संलग्न व्यक्तिलाई कानुनी कारबाहीको माग गर्दै प्रहरी चौकी त्रिपुराकोटमा मङ्सिर १६ गते उजुरी दिएकी हुन् । प्रहरीले आरोपितद्वयलाई मङ्सिर १६ गते नै गिरफ्तार गरी मङ्सिर १७ गते प्रहरी चौकीमा उपस्थित हुने शर्तमा रिहा गरेको प्रहरी चौकी त्रिपुराकोटका इञ्चार्ज रोमहर्ष सिजवालले बताए । प्रहरी चौकी त्रिपुराकोटमा मङ्सिर १७ गते दुवै पक्षलाई झिकाएर छलफल गराउँदा सुन्तली र जङ्गेले गल्ती स्वीकार गर्दै ‘आइन्दा यस्तो आरोप लगाउने छैन’ भनी कागज गराई मिलापत्र गराएको प्रहरी चौकी त्रिपुराकोटले जनाएको छ ।
