रौतहट । चैत २४ गते मत्सरी गाविस-७ का १८ वर्षीय रामचन्द्र साहलाई अपहरणमा परेको सात दिन बितिसक्दा पनि अपहरितको अवस्था अझै अज्ञात रहेको छ । प्रहरीले अपहरणकारीलाई पक्राउ गर्न नसकेको र पीडितलाई मक्त गराउन नसकेको भन्दै पीडित तथा स्थानीय बासिन्दाले ०६९ चैत २३ गते जिल्ला सदरमुकाम गौरमा प्रदर्शन समेत गरेका छन् । यहि ०६९ चैत १८ गते पीडत रामचन्द्र साह सोही गाविसका चन्दन सहनीसँग भारतको सीमावर्ती बैरगनीया बजार घुम्न गएकोमा सहनीमात्र घर फर्केको र साह भने अपहरणमा परेको गिरफ्तार परेका सहनीले पीडित परिवारलाई जानकारी दिएका थिए । रामचन्द्रको परिवारले सहनीविरुद्ध अपरहणको जाहेरी दिएपछि प्रहरीले सहनीलाई ०६९ चैत २० गते गिरफ्तार गरी अनुसन्धान गरिरहेको छ । अपहरणकारीले मोबाइल फोनबाट पीडित परीवारसँग १ करोड रुपैयाको माग गर्दै आएको पीडितका बाबु फेकु साहले बताएका छन् । बिपिन गौतम Rautahat/April 6

The whereabouts of Ramchadra Sah, 18, of Matsari7 have remained unknown even though he was abducted a week ago.

 

The victim’s family and the locals also staged a demonstration on April 5 accusing the police of failing to arrest the culprits.

 

Sah had gone to Indian bordering town Bairganiya with local Chandan Sahani on April 31, whence only Sahani returned saying Sah had been abducted.

 

The Sah family filed an FIR agaisnt Sahani suspecting his involved in the abduction. Sahani was arrested on April 2 and police said that the investigation was going on. Sah’s father Pheku informed that the abductors had demanded for Rs 10 m for ransom.
