Locals of Gulmi district who have been protesting against the statute amendment proposal registered by the government have staged a demonstration in Gulmi on Saturday, December 10, carrying wooden sticks. Bhuwan Prashad Shrestha Coordinator of the agitation informed that they had organized the demonstration to warn the government. Among other programs under the agitation the protestors have decided to surround the DAO by forming a human chain on December 11 and staging a mass gathering on December 12.
