न्याय खोज्दै पाँचदिनदेखि जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा आमरण अनशनमा बस्न आइपुगेका दम्पतिलाई ०६९ चैत २६ गते उपचारको लागि काठमाडौँ लगिएको छ । छोराको हत्याराहरूलाई कारबाही गर्नुपर्ने, लुटिएको सम्पत्ति फिर्ता र क्षतिपूर्तिको माग गर्दै सशस्त्र द्वन्द्वमा ज्यान गुमाएका फुजेल गाविस-७ का कृष्णप्रसाद अधिकारीका बुबा ५५ वर्षीय नन्दप्रसाद र ५२ वर्षीया गंगामाया अधिकारी चैत २२ गतेदेखि प्रशासन कार्यालय र जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय गोरखा परिसरमा अनसन बस्दै आएका थिए ।
जिल्ला अस्पतालमा उपचारको लागि लगिएका उनीहरूलाई अस्पतालले थप उपचारको लागि काठमाडौँ रिफर गरेपछि गंगामायालाई एम्बुलेन्समा र नन्दप्रसादलाई प्रहरीले थपचारको लागि काठमाडौँ लगेको थियो । गंगामायाको काठमाडौँको वीर अस्पतालममा र नन्दप्रसादको शिक्षण अस्पताल महाराजगञ्जमा उपचार भइरहेको छ ।
सशस्त्र द्वन्द्वमा ०६१ गते चितवनमा माओवादीबाट मारिएको छोरा १७ वर्षीय कृष्णप्रसादको हत्यारालाई कारबाही हुनुपर्ने उनीहरूको माग छ । काठमाडौँको कमलपोखरीमा अनसनमा बस्दै आएका उनीहरूलाई प्रहरीले २२ गते गोरखा प्रहरीलाई जिम्मा लगाएको थियो । गोरखा ल्याएपछि उनीहरूले आमरण अनशन सुरु गरेका थिए ।
६३ दिनदेखि उनीहरूले अन्न नखाएर अनशन बसेका दुवैको स्वास्थ्य स्थति नाजुक बन्दै गएको प्रहरी प्रमुख बसन्त कुँबरले जानकारी दिए । गंगामाया हिड्न र बोल्न नसक्ने गरी थला परेकी थिइन भने नन्दप्रसाद पनि कमाजोर बन्दै गएपछि उनीहरूलाई जिल्ला अस्पतालमा उपचारको लागि लगिएको प्रशासनले जनायो ।
काठमाडौँ प्रहरीले उनीहरूलाई फुजेल गाविस-७ स्थित आफ्नै घरमा पुनस्थापना गर्न भन्दै गोरखा ल्याएको थियो । उनीहरूले अपराधीलाई कारबाही नभएसम्म घर नफकर्ने अडान राख्दै आएका छन् ।
२०६४ सालमा माओवादी कार्यकर्ताले उनीहरूको सम्पत्ती कब्जा गरेपछि न्याय खोज्दै राजधानी बस्दै आएका थिए । 'न्याय खोज्दै सिंहदरबार, बालुवाटार पुग्यौँ, हामीलाई राज्यले न्याय दिन सकेन ।' गंगाले भनिन् । आफ्नो अरु विकल्प नभएकाले सरकारकै शरणमा बस्ने उनीहरूले बताए । तत्कालीन प्रधानमन्त्री बावुराम भट्टराईलाई भेटन् जाँदा प्रहरीले गिरफ्तार गरेको उनीहरूको भनाइ छ ।
उनीहरूले एमाओवादी नेतृ हिसिला यमीकी सहयोगी जानुका पौडेल लगायत स्थानीय माओवादीले छोराको हत्या गरेको आरोप लगाएका छन् । उनीहरूको माग प्रशासनले पुरा गराउन नसक्ने प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी कमलराज ढकालले बताए ।

The couple who has been staging fast-unto-death at the District Police Office (DPO) since five days demanding justice has been taken to Kathmandu for treatment on April 8.
Nanda Prasad Adhikari, 55, and Ganga Maya Adhikari, 52, of Phujel7 had been holding the protest at the DPO and the District Administration Office (DAO) Gorkha since April 4 demanding action against the murderers of their 17-year-old son Krishna Prasad Adhikari who was killed by the Maoists in Chitwan 8 years ago. They have also demanded return of their property and compensation.
Police took the couple to Kathmandu after the District Hospital where they were initially taken referred them for further treatment. Ganga Maya is undergoing treatment at Bir Hospital while Nanda Prasad is being treated at the Teaching Hospital Maharjgunj.
The couple who were staging protest at Kamalpokhari in Kathmandu was handed over to Gorkha police on April 4. They had staged fast-unto-death after being brought to Gorkha.
Police chief Basanta Kunwar said that their health condition deteriorated as they had not taken meal since 63 days. The DAO said that the couple was taken to the District Hospital after Ganga Maya was not able to walk and speak due to weakness while Nanda Prasad was also losing his health.
The couple had been staying in Kathmandu after the Maoist cadres captured their property five years back. Ganga said that justice was not delivered though they had made rounds at the Singhadurbar and Baluwatar.
They have accused Januka Paudel, assistant of UCPN-M leader Hisila Yami and other local leaders of killing their son.
Chief District Officer Kamal Raj Dhakal said that the administration could not fulfill their demand.
