महोत्तरी । चैत २७ गते विभिन्न पाँच सुत्रीय माग राखी ०६९ चैत १० गतेदेखि आमरण अनसनमा जलेश्वर कारागारका कैदीद्वय धनुषा सोनिगामा गाविस -८ का ३२ वर्षीय जगन्नाथ यादव र सोही जिल्ला नाथपट्टी गाविस-७ का सिंहेश्वर यादवको स्वास्थ्य अवस्था गम्भीर बनेको छ । कारागारलाई सुधार गृह बनाउन सहयोग गरियोस्, देशभरबाट ५० प्रतिशत कैद सजाय भुक्तान गरिसकेका कैदीहरूलाई रिहा गरियोसलगायतका माग राखेर उनीहरू अनसनमा बसेका हुन् । कारागार प्रशासन भने उनीहरूको स्थानीय स्तरबाट पूरा गर्न नसक्ने प्रकृतिका भएकाले कारागार विभागमा सो बारे जानकारी गराएको र अनसनकारीलाई यी माग तत्काल पूरा हुने खालका नभएको अनसनजस्तो जोखिमपुर्ण कदम नउठाउन अनुरोध गरिएको जनाएको छ । कारागारको तर्फबाट हुने नियमित स्वास्थ्य जाँच भइरहेको कारागारका स्वास्थ्यकर्मी शोमेन्द्र ठाकुरले बताए । ईश्वरी काफ्ले Mahottari/ April 9

The health situation of inmates Jagganath Yadav, 32, of Sonigama8 and Sigheshor Yadav of Nathpatti7, who are holding a fast-unto-death protest inside the Jaleshwor prison, is deteriorating. They have been protesting putting forward 5-point demand since March 10.

 

Their demand includes assistance to convert the prison into corrective center, release of inmates who have already served 50% of their punishment, among others.

 

The prison authorities claimed that the demands cannot be fulfilled from the local level and the prison department has been reported about the incident. They further requested the inmates not to hold such protest as the demands cannot be met immediately.

 

The regular health checkup of the inmates has been ongoing, according to prison health worker Shomendra Thakur.
