Police have arrested 27-year-old Murahari Silwal, a resident of Godawari-4 in Lalitpur on Friday on the charge of killing his neighbour, Narayan Kumar Bista, 50, during a dispute. According to the police Silwal had indulged in a dispute with Narayan and Anil Bista, 41, over the issue of a canal which was burried while digging mud for brick manufacturing. According to the police, Silwal struck the other two men with an axe. Narayan Kumar died on the way while being brought to the hospital for treatment, while Anil is undergoing treatment at B & B hospital. Police are further investigating into the incident by holding Silwal and his father into custody. धारिलो हतियार बन्चरो प्रहार गरी हत्या गरेको अभियोगमा गोदावरी नगरपालिका–४ बस्ने २७ बर्षीय मुराहरी सिलवाललाई प्रहरीले शुक्रबार नियन्त्रणमा लिएको छ। गोदावरी नगरपालिका–३ विश्वकथाते स्थित ईट्टा बनाउने माटो खन्दा पानी बग्ने कुलो पुरिएको विषयलाई लिएर बादविवाद भई झगडा हुँदा उनले विशंखु नारायण बस्ने ५० बर्षीय नारायण कुमार बिष्ट र सोही स्थान बस्ने ४१ बर्षीय अनिल बिष्टलाई बन्चरो प्रहार गरेका थिए। बन्चरो प्रहारबाट घाईते भई उपचारको लागि बि.एण्ड बि.अस्पताल ल्याउने क्रममा नारायण कुमार विष्टको बाटोमै मृत्यु भएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ। साथै घाईते अनिल विष्टको बि.एण्ड बि.अस्पतालमा उपचार भईरहेको छ। प्रहरीले अभियुक्त मुराहरी सिलवाल र निजको बाबु ६३ बर्षीय श्रीकृष्ण सिलवाललाई नियन्त्रणमा लिएको छ।
