रौतहट । चैत ३१ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय रौतहटबाट खटिइ गएको प्रहरी गस्ती टोलीले प्रहार गरेको गोली लागेर ०६९ चैत ३१ गते बिहान एकजनाको मृत्यु भएको छ । मृतकको भएका व्यक्तिको पहिचान हुन सकेकेा छैन । बन्जरहा गाविस-८ स्थित बकैया नदी किनारमा गस्तीमा हिँडिरहेको प्रहरी र भारतबाट नेपालतर्फआइरहेको समूहबीच बिहान १ः३० बजेको समयमा भिडन्त भएको र सो भिडन्तको क्रममा ३०/३२ वर्षको एकजना पुरुषको प्रहरीको गोली लागी मृत्यु भएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय रौतहटले जनाएको छ । भिडन्तमा मारिएका व्यक्ति भारतीय हुनसक्ने र उनीहरू नेपालतर्फडकैती गर्न आएको अनुमान गरिएको एसपी गोविन्दराम परियारले बताए । घटनास्थल बाट प्रहरीले दुई थान नलकटुवा पेस्तोल तथा पाँच थान गोली बरामद गरेको छ । प्रहरीतर्फभने कुनै मानवीय क्षति भने भएको छैन । बिपिन गौतम Rautahat/April 13

A man has been killed in police shoot out in Banjaraha VDC of Rautahat district in the morning of April 13.

 

A police team led by SP Govinda Ram Pariyar from District Police Office recovered two pistols from the deceased whose identification is yet to be ascertained.

 

According to SP Pariyar, the man of about 30 years of age was killed in retaliation with police at around 1.30 this morning while others in the group managed to escape.

 

The incident site is located some 200 meters far from the Indian Border Region. SP Pariyar said that the people of the group could have been the Indian nationals entering Nepal with a motive of robbery.
