Nepali Janta Dal MP and his cadres have padlocked Rautahat District Development Committee office expressing dissatisfaction over the selection of projects in under Members of Parliament Local Area Development Fund in constituency number 1 of the district. The padlocking was also in protest against not selecting projects for Madhav Kumar Nepal and Dimple Jha who are both parliamentarians from the district. The DDC office was padlocked from 10 am due to which the employees of the office could not do their work. नेपाली जनता दल पार्टीका सभासद लगायत कार्यकर्ताहरुले संसदीय विकास कोषको योजना छनौट प्रक्रियाको विरोध जनाउदै जिल्ला विकास समिति, रौतहटमा तालाबन्दी गरेका छन्। रौतहट जिल्लाको क्षेत्र न १ मा भएको योजना छनोटको विरोध जनाउदै तालाबन्दी गरेको सभासद हरिचरण महतोले बताएका छन्। क्षेत्र न १ मा सभासद माधवकुमार नेपाल र सभासद डिम्पल झाको योजना छनोट नभएको कारण तालाबन्दी गरेको बताए। बिहान १० बजेदेखि गरिएको तालाबन्दीका कारण कर्मचारीहरुले कार्यालयको कामकाज गर्न सकेका थिएनन्। कर्मचारीहरु जिविस प्राङगनमामा बसेको थिए भने सेवाग्राहीहरुले रित्तो हात फर्कन बाध्य भएका थिए।
